 The Mineo Tradition
In December, 2007, Paul Mineo opened Paul Mineo's Trattoria located in Westport Plaza. He is continuing the fine dining tradition of La Familia Mineo. Paul's parents, John and Anna Mineo came to the United States in 1958 from Palermo, Sicily. Since 1967, the John Mineo family has enjoyed a first-class reputation in the St. Louis community for serving authentic Southern Sicilian cuisine while providing excellent service in classic surroundings at their well known and respected West County location;

Paul Mineo pledges to provide exquisite cuisine and service to his guests, while planning his own unique "hospitality art." Paul continues the family tradition of La Familia Mineo.
Paul and his wife, Brigitte, are both very active in the daily operation of the family business. Together with Giovanni, their future "restaurateur" son, and look forward to greeting, you, your family and friends at Paul Mineo's Trattoria! |
